About the role

The Client Network Manager is accountable for the development and performance of a Supplier Network through effective supplier management, supplier performance, communication, financial and metric analysis for one or more client accounts. This role partners with Account Management, Operations, and Sales to drive network utilization, customer and client satisfaction in support of company goals and department strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support (20%)
    • Act as the principal supply chain point of accountability for one or more client account(s).
    • Develop strong relationships with mobility contacts and Sirva personnel working on the account(s).
    • Foster a sound understanding of company culture, internal service teams, key issues, and supply chain-related contractual obligations.
    • Prepare supply chain input for recurring client reviews and participate in/present during such reviews as needed.
  • Supplier Management (40%)
    • Perform end-to-end supplier management, including researching, sourcing, selection, onboarding, price negotiation, contract management, training, performance management, and quality assurance.
    • Compile and develop tailored supply chain reporting aligned to strategic plans (e.g., network performance, spend, trends, initiatives, market analysis, and sourcing updates).
    • Support implementation and operations teams during initial and future client project implementations.
    • Develop client-specific best practice tools to drive global consistency in service delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Maintain strong supplier relationships while promoting company initiatives and values.
    • Assist operations team members with supplier issues/escalations and recommend process changes or preventative actions to avoid SLA breaches.
    • Partner with internal resources (e.g., Global Supplier Networks) to recommend supplier recognition, probation, or termination, ensuring effective new supplier set-up when necessary.
    • Collaborate with Global and Regional Network Managers to optimize supplier performance, participating in supplier performance calls as appropriate.
  • Strategic Support (40%)
    • Support initiatives to maximize value, minimize cost, and increase revenue by developing and implementing client-specific supply chain strategies.
    • Ensure full utilization of contracted services, optimize/upsell products, drive cost savings, and achieve supplier SLA goals.
    • Support and participate in delivering client strategic growth plans for allocated accounts.
    • Consultatively work on initiatives/projects related to cost savings, supplier innovations, client-specific communications, and trainings.
    • Coordinate market research on trends, providing reports with graphical illustrations to advise clients and internal teams.
    • Provide support for RFPs, RFIs, and re-bids for allocated client account(s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree a plus.
  • CRP, GMS, or CIPS certification a plus.
  • Native/fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supplier management, preferably in a global relocation business or similar industry.
  • Experience in the relocation industry and understanding of e-procurement systems.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities across supplier and client settings.
  • Strong decision-making, ethics, and ability to influence others.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Ability to research companies and determine optimal suppliers for projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team.
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, and understanding of cross-cultural/global issues.

Pay

Salary range: $56,500–$75,000 USD. Ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and qualifications. Final compensation determined during the hiring process.
