Client Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Working within Facebook, Google and other platforms to run marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and adjusting campaigns as needed
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients
• Responding to and resolving client requests and questions, primarily via email
• Working with client marketing data and metrics
• Conducting new client vetting and online research
• Researching consumer requests for information
• Handling special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Self-teaches new things on a computer daily and fluent in MS Office 365 and working in an internet browser
• Strong communicator who can easily build rapport with teammates and clients
• Organized and not intimidated by lengthy to-do lists
• Task-oriented, but can get stuff done even without all the information at the start
• Enjoys a challenging and fast paced work environment
• Deals positively with obstacles and failures in pursuit of challenging goals
• Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning, does so quickly, and enjoys solving problems

Skills

• Experience running ad campaigns across various platforms including Facebook and Google (preferred but not required)
