About the role

You’ll manage a book of client accounts and build trusted relationships with the people you work with every day. You’ll support routine and moderately complex accounts, help clients with their risk and capital management needs, and look for ways to grow existing business through added services and cover.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a live book of business, respond to client needs, and bring in the right support when a situation needs extra attention.
  • Spot chances to add more value through extra services or higher levels of cover.
  • Keep clients informed, handle important issues quickly, and help each account move forward in the right way.
  • Coordinate administrative and customer service support.
  • Support an Account Executive or Broker Producer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR
  • High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Pay

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
