Job Description
Serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
- Manages the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines.
- Aids in gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
- Maintains strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
- Ensures the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
- Collaborates with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs.
- Handles policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required.
