The Client Management I is responsible for driving client success, retention, and growth through exceptional relationship management, strategic project leadership, and consultative business development. This role serves as the voice of the client, and the champion for customer engagement, while proactively identifying opportunities to expand Schneider Electric's solutions and deepen client partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with commercial acumen, excelling at stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth initiatives. Develop and manage customer accounts by identifying sustainability initiatives that align with their strategic prioritiesBuild and advance a strong sales pipeline through consultative field sales and relationship-buildingCreate and present commercial offers that clearly communicate the value of sustainability servicesCollaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed customer expectations What are the key skills we are looking for? Client Leadership & Retention Serve as the champion of client outcomes for a portfolio of strategic clients.Build long-term trusted partnerships through proactive communication and coordination of centers of excellence.Develop and execute account strategies focused on retention, client satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes.Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and client presentations. Growth & Business Development Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities to expand existing client relationships.Partner closely with sales and solution teams to develop growth strategies and position Schneider Electric offerings.Lead discovery discussions to uncover client priorities, challenges, and unmet needs.Support proposal development, pricing coordination, solution shaping and commercial negotiations for contract renewals.Drive portfolio growth through cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion initiatives. Project & Delivery Leadership Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of client commitments.Drive project timelines, and long term partnership strategy.Maintain accountability for key performance metrics and customer outcomes.Facilitate collaboration across Client Management, Sustainability Operations, Sales, Data Experience, Sourcing, Risk and Product teams. Commercial & Contract Management Lead contract renewals and client negotiations.Manage scope discussions, commercial terms, pricing conversations, and service expectations.Balance client satisfaction objectives with revenue retention and profitability goals.Identify and mitigate commercial risks while preserving strong client relationships.
