Position Summary

The Client Implementation Specialist supports the successful onboarding and renewal of AffirmedRx clients by coordinating implementation tasks, documentation, and timelines. This role works closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution, timely delivery, and a positive client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Implementation Support: Support implementation activities for new clients, renewing clients and TPA (Third Party Administrators) changes by executing assigned tasks and deliverables throughout the implementation life cycle
  • Aid in coordinating onboarding timelines, milestones, and documentation in alignment with established project plans
  • Track implementation progress and help ensure tasks are completed on schedule and according to quality standards
  • Maintain and organize implementation artifacts, including client documentation, configuration files, and meeting materials
  • Identify risks, issues, or gaps and escalate appropriately to Implementation Managers
  • Help validate information received from clients and partners for accuracy and completeness

What you need

  • 5 years of experience cross functional alignment, project coordination, onboarding, training
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, track deliverables, and drive follow-up on action items
  • Experience facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and maintaining implementation governance artifacts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review requirements, validate data, and identify potential risks or gaps
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at varying levels
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a high level of accountability and autonomy
  • PBM or Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%
