Client Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual software training sessions for clients through weekly one-hour meetings.
  • Develop and implement customized 60-day onboarding and training plans for assigned clients.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns through brief phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
  • Aid clients with importing data from databases, Excel spreadsheets, and other formats into iWorQ software.
  • Occasionally utilize basic HTML to create and customize citizen portals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver client-ready materials.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects while maintaining timelines and client expectations.
  • Track implementation progress, maintain accurate client records, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing virtual customer service, training, or support via Zoom, phone, and email.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes and technical concepts.
  • Ability to ask effective clarifying questions and identify client needs.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and manipulation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients for 10+ hours per week.
