Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor during prospective client consultations, helping families understand their options and confidently move forward.
- Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients.
- Build trust through thoughtful questions, active listening, and education.
- Recommend estate planning and elder law solutions based on each family's goals.
- Confidently ask for the business when the solution is the right fit.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective clients who need additional time.
- Track consultations, opportunities, and conversion metrics within our CRM.
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout the St. Louis region.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, intake, and operations to create an exceptional client experience.
- Represent Polaris Estate Planning and Elder Law with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will work alongside experienced attorneys and an outstanding support team in a firm that values professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
