Client Implementation & Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Review and convert client Financial Excel models using FactSet’s Deep Sector data
- Partner with strategic clients and prospects to become a trusted resource during trials, implementations, and other strategic engagements
- Own the end-to-end workflow conversion process across Deep Sector-related engagements and opportunities
- Contribute to the development of our Deep Sector offering by relaying granular product-specific feedback, feature requests and opportunities for differentiation that is grounded in real client experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with client-facing teams within financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep experience with FactSet’s product offerings and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills
