Client Implementation & Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and convert client Financial Excel models using FactSet’s Deep Sector data
• Partner with strategic clients and prospects to become a trusted resource during trials, implementations, and other strategic engagements
• Own the end-to-end workflow conversion process across Deep Sector-related engagements and opportunities
• Contribute to the development of our Deep Sector offering by relaying granular product-specific feedback, feature requests, and opportunities for differentiation that is grounded in real client experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with client-facing teams within financial services
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deep experience with FactSet’s product offerings and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, analytical, and reasoning skills

Salary

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The budgeted amount range for this position in Norwalk and New York City is $80,000 - $100,000.
