Client Implementation & Operations Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire client implementation experience from kickoff to stabilization
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely updates and setting expectations
• Coordinate execution among Engineering, Product, Support, Vendor Operations, and Billing
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while prioritizing effectively
• Identify and escalate risks early, troubleshooting operational issues
• Maintain accurate project reporting, highlighting status and blockers
• Enhance implementation processes and documentation for scalability
• Translate discussions into clear action items with deadlines

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, project management, or client operations
• Experience managing complex projects with external partners
• Strong skills in project management and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Ownership mindset with proactive approach
• Comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous situations
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Proficient in risk identification and problem-solving
• Fluency in AI tools like ChatGPT for workflow improvement
• Preferred experience in healthcare or digital health

Pay

$115,000 – $128,000 annually
