Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
- Maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
- Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
- Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
- Affirm all in-store operational processes.
- Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
- Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
- Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
- Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
Requirements
- Guest Service Experience (1 year)
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Salon Experience Preferred
- Current Esthetic Students Preferred
