Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Partner with Industry Executives to identify and drive adoption of new product opportunities, supporting strategic client growth.
Demonstrate exceptional executive communication skills, a business-oriented mindset (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience), and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales and/or partnerships within banking or fintech, with a proven ability to engage across all levels of the buying organization.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers, navigating complex stakeholder environments with credibility and influence.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven solutions (credit, fraud, marketing/analytics) and how they address critical client business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Skilled at navigating complex client environments and delivering integrated, strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deep financial services industry expertise, including banking, fintech, credit risk, fraud, marketing, and analytics.

Pay Scale Information

  • The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually.
  • This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings.
  • TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position.
