About the role

HUB International is a leading global insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment, and risk management products and services. We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our team of Insurance Sales Producers.

Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to prospect for business based on local networks, connections, and communities.
  • Sell insurance products and services for a global leader in the industry.
  • Support the creation of your own entrepreneurial journey with the help of the HUB International corporate office and regional offices.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing superior customer service and ensuring account development and cross-selling of available products and services.
  • Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings and bring new business prospects to closure.
  • Maintain solid business-to-business relationships to retain clients.

Requirements

  • Must be an independent self-starter capable of selling and developing strong business-to-business relationships.
  • Confident professionals with no fear of cold-calling and developing new business.
  • Experienced and novice professionals are welcome, with a range of 3-15 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, with commercial insurance sales experience being preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines, along with good listening skills and the ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.

Qualifications

Three (3) to fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, up to 25% required travel, and a bachelor's degree (4-year degree).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency in sales techniques.

Schedule

Up to 25% required travel.
