Client Engagement Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Who We Are (company description) – could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "About The Position". That is similar to "About the role". So we can use
About the role
and put the description from "About The Position". Also we have "Who We Are" which is company overview; maybe we can include as abefore sections? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Could we include a "About the company" section? Not listed but could be okay? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. However "Who We Are" is not about the role; it's company description. Could be placed as a
before sections, not as a heading. That seems acceptable. Then we have "Key Responsibilities/Duties" – that maps to Responsibilities section. Then "Key Measurements" – maybe could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's metrics; maybe we can include as part of Responsibilities (list). Or we could create a separate section like "Key Performance Indicators"? Not in list. Safer to include under Responsibilities. Then "Education/Experience" – that's Requirements/Qualifications. Could split into Requirements (education) and Qualifications (experience). But we can combine into a single "Requirements" section. Then "What We Offer" – that's Benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive salary based on experience" and "Performance-based incentive compensation". That's pay info. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; only travel 20-30% and occasional evenings/weekends. That's schedule info? Could be considered schedule. But the instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Schedule: they mention ability to travel 20-30% of the time and work occasional evenings and weekends. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have "Competitive salary based on experience" – that's specific enough? It's not a number but it's a statement. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? Actually that phrase is similar but it's still vague. However it's the only pay info given. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive salary based on experience" is somewhat similar to "commensurate with experience". Might be considered filler. But it's the only pay info; if we omit Pay section, we lose that info. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If the only pay content is vague, maybe we should omit Pay section? But we could still include it if we consider it substantive enough. The phrase "Competitive salary based on experience" is somewhat generic but still conveys that salary is competitive and based on experience. It's not a specific number but it's not "commensurate with experience"? It's basically same meaning. Might be considered filler. However the instruction's examples include "commensurate with experience". So likely they want us to avoid sections where the content is just that phrase. So we should omit Pay section. Similarly Schedule: they mention travel 20-30% and occasional evenings/weekends. That's specific enough (percentage). So we can include Schedule. Benefits: they list "Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Options) 401k Plan with Company Safe Harbor Matching Flexible PTO Plan 12 paid holidays annually Personal and Professional Development". That's specific. So Benefits section. Now we need to format. We should not include Job ID/JOB CODE: 1000096 as heading; we can fold into a short
or drop it. Probably drop it. We should remove boilerplate like equal opportunity employer, disclaimer, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content: Who We Are: "Located in Houston, Texas, Teachers of Tomorrow is the leading national alternative certification program (ACP) provider with plans of continued growth in 2026! maybe preceded by a heading? Not required. Could just be a
at top. About The Position: The paragraph after "About The Position". Let's capture: "The Client Engagement Manager is the critical link to the School District leadership team that ensures Teachers of Tomorrow meets the needs of our customers, creating additional opportunities for increased teacher placements to grow revenue. They drive communications and are a key player in the development and implementation of strategies that ensure a long-term, successful relationship with our clients. They network with District and Charter School officials and often meet with large groups directly resulting in increased teacher placements for the organization. The right person for this role must be goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and achieve objectives. They must be an outgoing, enthusiastic communicator with people at all levels of an organization and not afraid to pick up the phone and call. They must be able to travel to meetings and recruiting events, as well as state/national conferences. They will manage and grow their assigned territory and be responsible for achieving quotas for placed candidates (Hires), Test Prep, and Professional Development. The Client Engagement Manager role flourishes in a small company environment, is a self-starter and enjoys the flexibility necessary to succeed. *Preferred candidate MUST be located in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, or Nevada (in a major metro area or close proximity to airport)." We'll keep that as content under About the role. Key Responsibilities/Duties: list after "What You Will Do:" includes many items. We'll turn each bullet into
- . Need to preserve all.
Let's list them:
- Hold broad knowledge of program and state requirements for teacher certification.
- Work with the leadership team to plan and implement territory plan that includes sales campaigns, recruiting, marketing, and conversion strategies to place candidates in teaching positions.
- Meet or exceed targets by engaging directly with districts/charter schools to facilitate available candidate lists & placement of candidates.
- Work closely with Client Success Managers to pass leads or make introductions resulting in Direct to District sales. This could also include but is not limited to overseeing the closed partnership.
- Creating and utilizing department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to prioritize efforts and promote company growth.
- Proactively develop and strengthen client relationships with school district and charter school HR departments and campus principals throughout your assigned territory.
- Provide excellent client support to ensure Teachers of Tomorrow is the first program schools look to for new teachers.
- Plan and represent company at state, regional, and national events geared towards both networking and recruiting.

- Conduct presentations and webinars for potential teacher candidates with a goal of increasing the candidate pool and direct to district sales.
- Be able to work from home with the ability to travel 20-30% of the time and work occasional evenings and weekends.
Note: The last bullet about travel etc could also go to Schedule section, but it's also a responsibility. We'll keep it there maybe also mention in Schedule.
Key Measurements: list:
- Hires by district by state within assigned territory
- Direct to District Sales within assigned territory
- Targets for The Learning Liaison/ Test Prep
- Targets for Simple K12/ Professional Development
- Activities (meetings, emails, phone calls) to the districts
We could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe a separate "Key Measurements" section but not in allowed headings. Could be part of Responsibilities. We'll add as a sub-list under Responsibilities maybe as a separate
- under Responsibilities. Education/Experience: "What We are Looking For Bachelor’s degree from a major university or equivalent professional experiencAt least 3 years’ experience in a sales or relationship building role with proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned objectives. Able to travel statewide, work weekends and evenings, as necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good networking skills, comfortable in a sales environment.Effective public speaker.Self-driven, goal oriented active learner.Team oriented approach and personality.Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software and CRM applications." Note there's a typo: "experiencAt". We'll keep as is but maybe fix spacing? We should preserve exactly? Probably keep as is but we can add a space. Safer to keep original text but fix obvious typo? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Fixing a typo could be considered altering detail? It's minor but could be considered inventing? I'd keep as is but maybe add a space for readability. I'd keep exactly as given: "Bachelor’s degree from a major university or equivalent professional experiencAt least 3 years’ experience..." That's weird. I'd keep as is. We'll put that under Requirements. What We Offer: list: - Competitive salary based on experience - Performance-based incentive compensation - Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Options) - 401k Plan with Company Safe Harbor Matching - Flexible PTO Plan - 12 paid holidays annually - Personal and Professional Development We'll put under Benefits. Now schedule: we have travel 20-30% and occasional evenings/weekends. Also mention "Able to travel statewide, work weekends and evenings, as necessary." from Requirements. So schedule section
- with heading? But we cannot add new headings not in list. Could embed as part of Responsibilities
- items. We'll just add them as additional
