About the role

Lovelytics is a Databricks-focused data and AI consulting firm specializing in artificial intelligence, data, and analytics solutions. Since partnering with Databricks in 2021, Lovelytics has experienced exponential growth, growing from 50 people to over 340 over the past 3 years. We are a trusted partner for many of the most high-profile enterprise clients in Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of data consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Translate business objectives into data solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and other engineers.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, scope changes, and resource allocation.
  • Own revenue and margin targets across assigned accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients and support new business development with an annual goal of $2.5+mil in account growth.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to develop proposals, SOWs, and pitch materials in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
  • Lead multi-functional teams across multiple workstreams; support team coaching and career development.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capacity.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, client-facing delivery, or solution-based account management.
  • Background in data, analytics, data engineering, or cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to lead projects and accounts valued at $250K–$2M+.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy, modern data stack technologies, and delivery lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and with evolving client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); advanced degree a plus.

Pay

The base salary range for this position for candidates based in the US is $165,000-215,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, scope of role and budget. Candidates are not guaranteed to be placed at any particular point within the range, and most offers will fall within the middle of the range or below.

Schedule

Remote Roles: $170,000 USD - $215,000 USD
