We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting.
Content:
- "Who we are:" description about BAL. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who we are" is about company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content matches.
We have sections: Overview (role description), Primary Responsibilities, Qualifications, Working Conditions, Benefits (mentioned in "In addition to competitive pay, a discretionary annual bonus, and a supportive, team oriented culture, we offer an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick time, unlimited vacation, and 401(k) with company match." Also "competitive pay" and "discretionary annual bonus" - that's pay info. No explicit schedule details besides "Hours may exceed 40 hours per week." That's schedule info.
Thus we can have sections: About the role (maybe from "Who we are" and "Overview"?), Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications + maybe Working Conditions?), Skills (maybe from Qualifications includes skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists or paragraphs.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement and recruiter policy. That's boilerplate; we should remove it.
Also "Note: To perform this job successfully..." maybe keep? It's part of qualifications? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about essential duties. Might keep as part of Qualifications? It's a note about duties. Could keep as paragraph under Qualifications or Responsibilities? It's not essential to remove? It's not clearly boilerplate but it's a generic note. Might keep as part of Qualifications? Safer to keep as part of Qualifications? It says "Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with this job." That's generic; could be considered boilerplate. I'd remove it.
Also "Berry Appleman & Leiden is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract substantive content:

Primary Responsibilities: list items.
Qualifications: list items.
Working Conditions: list items.
Benefits: In addition to competitive pay, a discretionary annual bonus, and a supportive, team oriented culture, we offer an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick time, unlimited vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
Pay: competitive pay, discretionary annual bonus.

Also note: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Regular and on-time attendance. Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
We need to avoid duplication: some items appear both in Working Conditions and maybe elsewhere. We'll keep them under Working Conditions.
Now decide sections:
- About the role: Could combine "Who we are" and "Who you are" and "Overview". That's a lot of prose. Could be separate sections: About the role (company overview) and maybe "Who you are" could be part of Qualifications/Skills? But we have Qualifications and Skills sections. "Who you are" describes desired attributes; could go under Skills or Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications list (experience, education, skills). The "Who you are" is more about mindset; could be placed under Skills as soft skills. We'll treat "Who you are" as Skills.
Thus sections:
About the role
: include "Who we are" paragraph and Overview paragraph.
Responsibilities
: list Primary Responsibilities.
Skills
: include "Who you are" paragraph (soft skills) plus maybe some skill items from Qualifications? But Qualifications already separate. We'll keep Skills as the "Who you are" paragraph.
Qualifications
: list Qualifications items (1+ years experience, HS diploma, etc.)
Benefits
: list benefits.
Pay
: mention competitive pay and discretionary annual bonus.
Schedule
: mention hours may exceed 40 hours per week, occasional travel.
We also have Working Conditions details; maybe we could incorporate into Qualifications or Schedule? But we have no specific section for Working Conditions in allowed headings. Could we put them under Qualifications? Might be okay but they'd be mixed. However we could create a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed list; instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create other headings. So we need to fit Working Conditions into one of those sections. Perhaps under Qualifications (as they are requirements) or Schedule (hours). But Working Conditions includes physical demands, lifting, etc. Could be part of Qualifications (as they are requirements). We'll add them as list items under Qualifications.
Similarly, "Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules." That's also a qualification.
Thus Qualifications will include education, experience, skills, and working conditions.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info.
Let's extract Qualifications list from posting:
"Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an office environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
General office clerical skills (e.g. phones, typing, filing, etc.).
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle heavy workloads.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Positive and friendly attitude."
Working Conditions list:
"Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required."
Note: Hours may exceed 40 hours per week appears also in Schedule; we can keep under Schedule but also mention in Qualifications? Might duplicate. Better to keep schedule info under Schedule section only, not duplicate. So we will not include "Hours may exceed 40 hours per week" under Qualifications; we will keep it under Schedule. Similarly occasional travel under Schedule.
Thus Qualifications will include education, experience, skills, and physical demands except hours/travel.
Now Benefits: "In addition to competitive pay, a discretionary annual bonus, and a supportive, team oriented culture, we offer an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick time, unlimited vacation, and 401(k) with company match."
We can split: Benefits list: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, sick time, unlimited vacation, 401(k) with company match. Also mention supportive team oriented culture maybe as part of benefits? Could be separate but we can include as a bullet.
Pay: competitive pay, discretionary annual bonus.
Schedule: Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
Now About the role: combine Who we are and Overview.
Who we are paragraph: "BAL is a team of brilliant people who change lives through elite immigration work and collaborative innovation. We pursue the exceptional in all that we do, but never at the expense of our values. There’s no denying our work is demanding, both in volume and pace, but we’re up for the challenge. We seek opportunities to be of service to others and our communities. We are committed to your growth and development, and want to set you up for success here at BAL and beyond."
Overview paragraph: "Under the guidance of the Administrative Manager, Practice Support Lead, or Lead Paralegal, the Client-Dedicated Administrative Assistant offers comprehensive administrative assistance tailored to dedicated clients or legal teams
