Client Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join a growing team within the healthcare and medical records industry. This position plays a critical role in managing, organizing, and processing medical documentation to support medical review, peer review, and billing operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, scan, process, and maintain electronic and paper medical records and company documents.
- Gather and assemble examinee charts for medical reviews, examinations, and deposition purposes.
- Review completed charts to ensure documentation is complete, properly organized, and free of duplicates.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, filing, emailing, proofreading, and document management.
- Create cover letters, update client records, and maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Support mail processing and internal document workflows.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with HIPAA requirements and confidentiality standards.
- Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations while working independently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare environment, or related administrative role.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, scanners, copiers, and electronic filing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling of confidential information.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
Work Environment
- Fully remote position.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated private workspace free from distractions.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate

Successful candidates will be comfortable reviewing records for accuracy, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a production-oriented environment.
Pay
$15.00 - $15.00/hr.
