- Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm

- Work as part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care
- Collect medical histories
- Manage tests/screenings
- Record vitals
- Address health complaints
- Facilitate patient registration
- Manage appointments
- Create electronic charts
- Document data, including referrals and reports
- Valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate
- Skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis

A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics. A CCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs. A CCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, CCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty.
