About the role

A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Through cross-functionality, CCS2s play a pivotal role in ensuring that our combined healthcare and wellness center operates seamlessly and that our patients receive the best client experience and the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
• Ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
• Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to reinforce AHF's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and upholding our organization's mission and values.
• Participate in cross-functional rotations to develop skills across multiple healthcare and wellness center functions.
• Perform medical assistant clinical functions including phlebotomy, HIV/STD testing.
• Perform administrative duties including front office, processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage.

Requirements

• Licenses/ Certifications: Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification & Valid CPR Certification from an American Heart Association-recognized vendor.
