Responsibilities

As a Client Care Provider, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional client service; demonstrating responsive and pleasant telephone call handling; effectively scheduling appointments; keeping accurate medical records; clerical work; processing inpatients, outpatients and campers; financial recording, collecting and safeguarding; client education; promotion of hospital product and services and support of the hospital administrator and hospital team.

Requirements

This position requires practical knowledge of the hospital's procedures, policies and services, client and patient treatment protocols, word processing, computers and terminology used in the veterinary hospital.
