Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Schedules employees and clients for all client visits.
- Prepares schedules for the agency.
- Ensures applicable visit types are in the scheduling system.
- Makes adjustments to schedules as needed daily.
- Reviews client needs and employee availability regularly.
- Communicates with employees and clients to develop schedules.
- Completes assigned reports.
- Tracks employee attendance.
- Affixes to part of the orientation process for new employees.
- Follows up with staff about their schedules.
- Participates in continuing education as required.
- Collaborates with contracted therapy staff to ensure client therapy visits are scheduled.
- Works as a backup to other office positions.
- Performs other office duties as assigned.
- Complies with agency policies and procedures.
- Answers telephone lines promptly and efficiently.
Functions and Related Duties
- Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned by the Administrator.
- May participate in on-call scheduling if needed.
- Handles all scheduling-related duties.
Position Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous scheduling and computer experience preferred.
- Previous experience in dealing with the public.

- Computer skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to follow up and complete tasks timely.
