Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads
- Qualify prospects and close new client contracts
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources
- Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins)
- Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Coincide with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition
- Strong closing skills, ability to convert leads into signed clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with both phone-based sales and face-to-face interactions
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and marketing efforts
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
- Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
