About the Role
The FHNF Client Services Analyst provides first- and second-level IT support for FHN Financial employees, ensuring the reliability and availability of desktop systems, business applications, network connectivity, and mobile devices. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting hardware and software deployments, participating in IT projects, maintaining security standards, and delivering outstanding technical support in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience with proven customer service success.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and desktop hardware.
- Experience with PowerShell, Windows security, antivirus solutions, networking, and mobile device support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds when required.
- Willingness to participate in after-hours projects and on-call support.
