About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and execute social media campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
  • Experience with SEO and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
