Client Advocate Part Time (Sat/Sun 3p-1130p)
The Opportunity
You will be one of the steady hands and calm voices that help keep our shelter running safely and compassionately around the clock. You will support residents during moments of crisis, transition, triumph, and everything in between. You will help create an environment where healing can begin.
- Assisting residents with daily living needs
- Conducting intake assessments and resident orientations
- Maintaining accurate, timely client documentation
- Preparing rooms for new residents
- Carrying out regular safety checks throughout the facility
- Providing general shelter coverage with confidence and minimal supervision

Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field preferred
