Client Advocate Full Time (Monday - Friday 7am - 330pm)

About the role

The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program, dedicated to helping domestic violence victims stay safe and supporting accountability for offenders.

Responsibilities

• Assist shelter residents with daily living needs
• Provide general support and shelter coverage
• Conduct intake assessments
• Resident orientations
• Maintain and update the client database
• Prepare rooms for new residents
• Conduct safety checks

Requirements

• Six months of experience working in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or sociology preferred
