Role

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

Mission

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience in order to exceed their expectations while supporting the team by providing, mentoring and ensuring smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the Dolce & Gabbana history and heritage and serving as a role model by prioritizing client’s interest and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Proactively using clientele tools and make the most of their time ensuring the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current customer and identify potential clients.
• Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Sourcing new clients using the CRM tools
• Maintain and build productive long-term relationships with DG loyal clients
• Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives
• Aid in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor

Profile

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW

Compensation

This position is classified as non-exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, as this employee’s primary duties consist of performing clerical and/or manual work-based activities. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $15.00 - $17.00 and eligible for commission. , plus variable commission. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
