Client Advisor
Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for working with pre-qualified inbound customers to finalize insurance purchases, provide coverage recommendations, and identify opportunities to bundle additional policies. This role operates in a high-volume sales environment and focuses on delivering accurate, efficient, and consultative service to customers actively seeking coverage.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound customers who have initiated insurance quotes
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines insurance products
- Guide customers through policy selection and final purchase decisions
- Identify and present cross-sell opportunities, including bundled insurance solutions
- Process insurance applications and policies accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and agency management systems
- Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience
- Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates
- Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and agency objectives
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM and agency management systems preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Education And/or Experience
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in insurance, mortgage, or sales environments preferred but not required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain training provided)
