Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and deliver a premium customer experience
- Guide customers through the entire purchase journey—clear, transparent, and hassle-free
- Demonstrate BMW vehicles with confidence, highlighting features and value
- Maintain accurate and consistent activity in our internal lead management system
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, text, and email
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while staying organized and responsive
- Support the overall sales process and contribute to a high-performance team environment
Requirements
Background in customer service (hospitality, retail, bartending, etc.), strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people, motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively, a desire to learn and grow within a professional sales career.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
