Key Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with multi-site building owners across the U.S.
- Identify key decision-makers, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned markets.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships and accounts.
- Position RoofingSource as a trusted strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- Keep CRM systems updated with leads, activities, and opportunities.
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients to drive engagement.
- Visit clients and attend industry trade shows to expand network and visibility.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experienced with CRM systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Able to clearly convey RoofingSource’s services with provided training
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently with sound judgment
