Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while maintaining Zimmermann’s brand standards, including store and visual presentation, stock, and inventory management.
• Provide exemplary client service in line with the brand’s global vision.
• Grow and maintain the Zimmermann client database through professional and engaging client relationships.
• Ensure high standards of visual presentation that reflect brand directives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to store operations, stock, and loss prevention.
• Participate in team training and development initiatives, including product knowledge, sustainability, diversity, and Work Health Safety.
