Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using the "Tiffany Touch" to create extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all conversations.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Capture and maintain client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Generate a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors from the TEI program (Voice of Client Survey) and align with Tiffany’s client experience vision.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on TEI performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college or university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 – $27.60 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
