Client Advisor, Contact Center - Seasonal

About the Role

Based remotely in Dallas, Texas, the Seasonal Client Advisor supports Tiffany clients who contact the team for support and advice. This role is responsible for delivering luxury, best-in-class client experiences and sales across multiple contact channels by listening to each client's personal needs and engaging through elevated and authentic written and verbal communication. As a brand ambassador, the role holder conveys passion for Tiffany's history and products in every conversation, building long-term client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experiences aligned with Tiffany’s core brand values and integrity across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
• Consistently provide luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
• Escalate matters with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
• Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for clients.
• Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information to support long-term relationship building.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
• Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.

Requirements

• Sales experience.
• Client-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy and passion.
• Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and live messaging platforms.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States on site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contact center experience, preferably in retail.
• Luxury experience.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry.

Pay

This position offers competitive pay and is commission eligible.
