Client Advisor (bilingual Mandarin)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor (bilingual Mandarin) for our Acne Studios - Meatpacking store. Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing the best-in-class client experience
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
• Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage our inventory

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner

Benefits

The hourly compensation range is $20-26, plus commission and company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill, and internal alignment.
