What You'll Do
- Assist residential clients with daily needs, as requested.
- Answer crisis calls and help callers connect to necessary services.
- Complete initial intakes and orient new clients to the shelter.
- Absorb clients when exiting the shelter.
- Absorb with record keeping and data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Prior experience working with a diverse population
- Experience working with domestic violence survivors is a plus but not required
- Min USD $14.00/Hr.
- Max USD $16.00/Hr.
