About the role

Desla Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join their growing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Desla’s investment products, planning strategies, and advisory process
• Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons
• Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with our evidence-based approach
• Present tailored investment strategies clearly and confidently
• Achieve individual acquisition and conversion targets while supporting broader team objectives
• Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
• Proven experience in investment sales, client acquisition, or financial advisory
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Relevant certifications (Series 65 or Series 66)
