About the role
Desla Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join their growing advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Desla’s investment products, planning strategies, and advisory process
- Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons
- Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with our evidence-based approach
- Present tailored investment strategies clearly and confidently
- Achieve individual acquisition and conversion targets while supporting broader team objectives
- Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
- Proven experience in investment sales, client acquisition, or financial advisory
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Relevant certifications (Series 65 or Series 66)
