New Client Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline
- Produce sales results by developing and qualifying leads
- Screens prospective clients and sets appointments for financial advisors
- Create a high volume of outbound dials and email activity
- Communicate Company Value Proposition
- Partner with Marketing to communicate company brand and messaging
- Understand current marketing channels and event campaigns
- Enthusiastically communicate the company’s service offering (planning, investment, tax, trust services, etc.) and purpose, mission, and values
- Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System
- Use Salesforce high velocity sales applications to prioritize work queues
- Accurately and efficiently record data entry of interactions with prospects
- Build and maintain financial industry knowledge
- Comply with the securities industry rules and regulations
- Maintain awareness of current market trends and education
- Expand financial industry knowledge and experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics or related
- Experience in Financial Services with outbound sales experience; proven track record of producing consistent sales results and exceeding goals
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred
- Ability to work as a team member; positive solution-focused attitude
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial planning and advisory practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
- Experience with Workday preferred
Qualifications
- Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics or related

Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000.00
- Variable Compensation: Performance-based, potential total annual take-home-pay into the $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 range

Pay
The entire salary grade for this position is $67,300.00 to $97,600.00. However, for this specific opening, the expected base salary is $50,000.00, which is aligned with our current compensation strategy for new hires in this role.
Schedule
The working hours for this role are from 9AM to 5PM (either Pacific or Mountain time) and the candidate must reside in either the Pacific or Mountain time zone. Overtime options include a Saturday shift from 9AM-12PM or 12PM-3PM, and/or weekday late shifts from 5PM-8PM.
