The Client Accounting Services (CAS) Department Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the CAS department, ensuring efficient financial management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the CAS department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial data and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
