About the role
The Client Accounting Services (CAS) Department Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the CAS department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting and support services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial reporting and support services for clients
- Manage team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
