Position Summary
The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, conducting proactive outreach, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor while helping clients maximize the value of the organization's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach and account reviews.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and business objectives.
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Energy industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Able to travel occasionally as needed.
