About the role

  • Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for high-value client accounts.
  • Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
  • Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments.
  • Good grasp of IT solutions— from cybersecurity and infrastructure to cloud and support services.
  • Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp emerging technologies.
