Client Account Executive, Enterprise
About the role
The Client Account Executive, Enterprise Client Sales at Dialpad is responsible for providing best-in-class account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while growing year-over-year revenue. This role serves as a consultant to the client, demonstrating the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings. The CAE develops and executes a sales strategy for their book of business, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals, managing overall customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Focused on a portfolio of customers, the Enterprise CAE will own the sales process from start to finish.
- Create an account plan for how to achieve quarterly goals.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans.
- Work leads and generate pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Serve as a Dialpad expert and become a trusted advisor and resource for customers.
- Identify customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
- Become an advocate for the customer back to Dialpad.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- UCaaS / CCaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Client Sales background.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track complex details.
- Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite tools (Google Sheets).
