Summary of Benefits

  • Health Insurance: Cigna PPO coverage with low premiums ($25/single or $50/family per pay period) and annual deductibles of $2,000/single and $4,000/family. The Township contributes to a Health Savings Account: $1,500 for singles and $3,000 for families. Opt-out incentives include $3,000 (single) or $6,000 (family).
  • Dental, Vision, Telehealth, and Wellness Incentives: Up to $350.
  • Paid Time Off: 40 floating holiday hours, 13 sick days annually (4 hours accrued biweekly), and a vacation bank with 36 hours added after the first pay period and 7 paid holidays. Three sick days can be used as personal days.

Job Description

This is an entry-level position that will support all clerk department functions. Other duties may include scheduling, arranging meetings, event planning, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence. The Department’s Core Functions Include:

  • Elections
  • Board of Trustees
  • Resident Services
  • Document Retention, Management, and Transparency

The position requires the highest degree of honesty and integrity. It involves working under strict deadlines, adhering to legal requirements and regulatory guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting document chains of custody. Election work is deeply collaborative and involves extensive overtime hours.
