Responsibilities
- Arrange accommodations for all hotel guests and coordinate requests required for their stay.
- Greet guests, register them, create room assignments, and issue keys.
- Operate and balance the bank, compute bills, and collect payments.
- Promptly and courteously handle all incoming calls and process requests from guests.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the property and upcoming special events to advise guests and fellow Team Members.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- One year clerical experience or hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a MS Gaming License.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand complex instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer, keyboard, and telephone.
- Must be able to multi-task.
