Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Defense & Cleared Workforce Recruiter to work on a full-time basis. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing cleared professionals in defense sector roles. This role requires direct engagement with cleared candidates and defense contractors to fill critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify cleared talent across defense, aerospace, and government contracting sectors.
• Screen candidates for security clearances and compliance with federal requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with cleared professionals and industry networks.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate placements for defense-related positions.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience recruiting cleared professionals in defense or government contracting.
• Knowledge of DoD security clearance processes and requirements.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills for engaging cleared candidate pools.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
