Recruiter supporting locum tenens coverage for Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs).
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match CAAs to temporary assignments
- Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and logistics
- Manage schedules and extensions
- Maintain detailed records in systems
- Collaborate with hospital and OR leadership
