Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of secure work areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility spaces
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Follow security guidelines while working in controlled environments
  • Support a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) required
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen

Required Experience

  • Ability to perform routine custodial tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and facility standards
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping)
  • Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety procedures
  • Experience working in secure facilities

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Shift Availability:
    • 1st Shift: 0600–1430
    • 2nd Shift: 1400–2230
    • 3rd Shift: 2200–0600
  • Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Overtime: Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40–50 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1st Shift Rate: $ 28.07 per hour + H&W
  • 2nd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W
  • 3rd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W

Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS
