Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of secure work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility spaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow security guidelines while working in controlled environments
- Support a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) required
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Required Experience
- Ability to perform routine custodial tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability
- Strong attention to cleanliness and facility standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping)
- Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety procedures
- Experience working in secure facilities
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift: 0600–1430
- 2nd Shift: 1400–2230
- 3rd Shift: 2200–0600
- Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40–50 hours per week)
Compensation & Benefits
- 1st Shift Rate: $ 28.07 per hour + H&W
- 2nd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W
- 3rd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W
