About the role

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking Cleaning Crew to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to maintain venue sanitation standards and cleaning all areas before, during, and after shows.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest-facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, etc.
• Provide great customer service to all our guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and able to work as a team.
• Understands that working shows require long hours, often on the weekend, so a flexible schedule is needed.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs+.
• Willing and able to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
